These cows are taken to forest at 9am and comes back at 5pm. The average waling distance per cow per day is 10km. The natural grazing in the herbal rich western ghats forests makes their milk,dung and urine rich in medicinal value. Average yield per cow is 1L per day. The mil is converted to curd, curd churned at early morning to take out the butter. Butter converted to ghee in brass vessel by slow boiling on the full moon day
