 Unlike Cow milk, Buffalo milk is 100% A2 and rich in essential fat soluble vitamins & proteins. Buffalos are fed with home grown organic green grass and dry fodder with no pesticidal residues (wheat husk, jowar kabdi). Animals enjoy free roaming in paddocks at least for few hours of the day and made to cross (mate) naturally with self will.  No wealing (separation) of calf from mother meaning healthy milk from a happy animal and hence a healthy ghee. No steroids or hormonal injections are used. Ghee is prepared by culturing method where the cultured butter is boiled to make ghee and added with turmeric leaves to yield pleasant fragrance and health benefits. Ghee will be whitish because of absence of ß-Carotene as the same will be converted into Vit A in buffalos.
